For those landlords looking to take all the pressure off, our fully managed service is the one for you. From start to finish, we take the stress of renting off your hands.
Our fully inclusive fee begins with erecting the To Let board outside your property, as well as advertising on Rightmove, our website, social media and local press, all with high quality photography.
Our experienced team carries out all the employment references checks, credit checks and if applicable, previous landlord checks. It doesn’t stop there… we also carry out the inventory and schedule of condition including photos, as well as the arrangement of the tenancy agreement and deposit collection, also transferring it to the Deposit Protection Scheme holding account.
Once your tenant moves in, our fully managed service continues with monthly rental collection, regular inspections with written reports, management of all maintenance issues from damp glazing to drain blockages, and monthly invoices.
If and when required we will also issue a notice to your tenants, as well as carrying out a final inspection upon vacation and the return of your deposit. With this package, you receive your payments and we do the rest.
