Pendle Hill Properties gathered key business associates to celebrate their 10th year in business. Nigel Evans made a special visit to congratulate them.
Andrew Turner, Managing Director of Pendle Hill Properties said:
“We have invited a number of business associates to our celebration today. From solicitors, who we work closely with, our energy performance certificate guys, our official photographer and many more. All these people have contributed to the success of the business and we are hugely grateful.”
“It’s been a tough 10 years, we didn’t exactly start at the right time in 2008 but I feel I can now enjoy the fruits of our labour.”
Nigel Evans, Conservative MP for the Ribble Valley, attended the celebrations.
“I am very happy to be here at Pendle Hill Properties in Read, they are celebrating their 10th Anniversary and have done wonderfully well. Considering the competition around, it’s brilliant to see an independent estate and letting agents triumph against the big boys of the industry. I am here today to raise a glass with them and witness the cake cutting.”
“I wish them all the best, they are excelling in business and I want to personally congratulate them, I wish them continued success for several decades to come.”
Pendle Hill properties are continuing their 10 years in business celebrations by offering £25 vouchers for Bowland Brewery to those who instruct their house to be listed with Pendle Hill Properties.
Their celebrations will be ongoing throughout the coming months, with weekly promotions and giveaways lined up to reward instructions, including: cashback and a wine box!
Pendle Hill Properties will continue to grow and flourish in years to come –Andrew Turner commented: “We have reached our 10 years in service and are doing so well but we know we need to continue putting in the graft and keeping in touch with the local people to see what it is they want from their estate agents. We’ve become familiar with faces in and around the area; many clients have become like friends and this is something we pride ourselves on – it must mean we’re doing alright!”
