We sold my late Father’s house through Pendle Hill Properties. As we live in Wales and were not familiar with the Estate Agents in the Padiham area, we found Pendle Hill Properties on the internet.

We decided to use them after a house valuation for Probate, while they seemed efficient and professional.

We dealt with Andrew Turner at first then other members of his team, and our experience was excellent with no problems at all.
