Andrew Turner
Owner
The founder of the company and head of the family, Andrew is Managing Director of the firm. Andrew has a background in financial services, and was an IFA for many years before opening his own family run estate agency 15 years ago.
The Read office can be found at 154 Whalley Rd, Read, and the whole team have become part of the local community.
Thomas Turner
Sales Director
Andrew’s son, Thomas is Sales Director for Pendle Hill Properties. He’s been working in the property and sales fields for over 10 years, and looks after all aspects of the sales process, ensuring that they provide accurate valuations, which is a key part of the Pendle Hill Properties offer. This means that all vendors can achieve the best price possible for their property. Thomas also strives to provide the best possible service from Pendle Hill Properties
Toby Burrows
Lettings Director
Toby has taken on and developed the whole lettings side of the business, with this focus and hard work resulting in a 40% increase in turnover on this side. He manages all aspects of tenancies, whether finding high quality tenants which is key to things running smoothly; managing viewings, gaining new custom for management services, or inspecting properties and making sure landlords are satisfied, and compliant with all regulations.
Sophia Turner
Mortgage Administrator
The youngest Turner sibling, Sophia is the key person who will onboard clients and properties, and her focus is on getting the listings correct and looking perfect. This role isn’t one that’s employed by most estate agents, and does give Pendle Hill Properties that professional edge when listing properties, alongside professional photography and excellent marketing.
